Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation Module Description
TVR is an information system custom built to support the Rehabilitation Act’s Section 121 programs. With input from Vocational Rehabilitation managers across the nation, the current version has redesigned consumer progress tracking, expanded application interfaces, and annual reporting.

As shown in the figure to the right, the Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation ModuleTM (TVRTM) along with the DataOps CoreTM, works within Microsoft Excel. This allows the TVR to easily capture, accurately report, and readily share information with others. In addition, your staff will be productive sooner and your system will be modular and expandable to meet future data and reporting requirements.

TVR Support
TVR customers are eligible for a variety of wide variety of support services. The cost of these services depends on the customer's Support Contract Status as defined below:

Active Contract

Status during

  • 90-day period provided with Module purchase, or
  • 12-month period purchased as annual support contract extension
Unsupported Contract Annual support contract not renewed on its anniversary date.
Expired Contract Annual support contract not renewed 60 days beyond the anniversary date.

Requirements:

  • DataOps representative starts session.
  • Customer must have access to the Internet.
  • Customer must have Microsoft Java Machine and Internet Explorer 6 installed.

  • Customer agrees to assist DataOps representative in identifying and/or isolating the problem.

Software Maintenance Support

Upgrades Upgrades are modifications to main features or functions as defined by DataOps based on feedback from users and review of new reporting requirements.
Patches Patches are minor software releases correcting issues of the TVR as identified by DataOps.

Other Services

Conference Meetings Customers can meet with DataOps staff about the TVR while DataOps is in attendance at the CANAR meetings.
Conference Training DataOps may schedule training sessions for customers at the CANAR meetings.
