TVR is an information system custom built to support the Rehabilitation Act’s Section 121 programs. With input from Vocational Rehabilitation managers across the nation, the current version has redesigned consumer progress tracking, expanded application interfaces, and annual reporting.As shown in the figure to the right, the Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation ModuleTM (TVRTM) along with the DataOps CoreTM, works within Microsoft Excel. This allows the TVR to easily capture, accurately report, and readily share information with others. In addition, your staff will be productive sooner and your system will be modular and expandable to meet future data and reporting requirements.

Consumer Program Areas of Coverage
- Consumer Progress
Maintains information about current consumer progress in program. Maps to annual reporting sections.
- Consumer Financial
Allows user to record a consumer’s household income and expenses.
- Individual Plan for Employment (IPE)
Allows user to record plan objectives, consumer and program obligations and budget for each objective.
- Program Expenses
Allows user to record expenses applied to consumer’s plan.
- Case Notes
Allows user to record brief contact information.
- Annual Reporting
Report maps to annual report sections 5, 6, 8 and 9.

Report allows user to select individual or total expense results for a given date range.

Product Design
The product was designed specifically for Section 121 programs and with input from vocational rehabilitation managers across the nation.
Reporting Design
The current version of the TVR has been redesigned specifically to support data collection for annual reporting. With the TVR database, sections 5, 6, 8 and 9 of the annual report are completed with the push of a button.

TVR Support
TVR customers are eligible for a variety of wide variety of support services. The cost of these services depends on the customer's Support Contract Status as defined below:
Active Contract Status during
- 90-day period provided with Module purchase, or
- 12-month period purchased as annual support contract extension
Unsupported Contract Annual support contract not renewed on its anniversary date. Expired Contract Annual support contract not renewed 60 days beyond the anniversary date. Technical Support

Conference Meetings Customers can meet with DataOps staff about the TVR while DataOps is in attendance at the CANAR meetings.
